Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving the health and well-being of those in their care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assessing health conditions.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
  • Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate residents and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and ongoing care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of medical records, treatments, and resident progress.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Promote a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Proven experience in a clinical or long-term care setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of nursing principles, practices, and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
